Nylon Abrasive "Scotch Brite" Wheel

Our custom hardness Nylon Abrasive Wheels are available in 1" and 1½" widths with a choice of 6" or 8" diameters. Choose from four grit options to match everything from rust removal and scratch blending to fine satin finishing and burr removal.

Designed for buffers and bench grinders, each wheel includes a universal arbor adapter to fit ½", ⅝", and ¾" shafts. Please note that 1½" wide wheels are only available in 8" diameter and will not fit 6" machines.

⭐ Cliff's Notes

• My favorite wheels for blending scratch patterns and removing burrs without being overly aggressive.
• P120 and P240 are great for cleanup and rust removal. P600 and P1000 leave a much finer satin finish.
• If you have an 8" machine, I recommend the 1½" width whenever possible.
