Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Curry Custom Cutlery, we understand that when you place an order, you're excited to receive it. Our goal is to process orders quickly, package every shipment carefully, and communicate clearly throughout the shipping process. If something unexpected happens, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours whenever possible.

During major sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may increase to approximately 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate service.

Typical delivery time is less than 7 business days, although actual delivery times are determined by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the United States.


International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International shipments are typically sent using discounted international shipping services selected based on destination, reliability, and value.

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10–21 business days, although customs processing may significantly extend delivery times.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.


Customs Delays

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and processing by the destination country.

Customs delays are outside the control of Curry Custom Cutlery and shipping carriers. While many shipments clear customs quickly, some may experience delays of several weeks.

We appreciate your patience should this occur.


Order Changes

We understand that mistakes happen.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate:

  • Product changes

  • Quantity changes

  • Shipping address corrections

If a price difference exists, we will either invoice the remaining balance or refund the difference.

Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible and our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

To help prevent delivery issues, Curry Custom Cutlery reviews addresses flagged by our shipping software and may contact customers if clarification is needed. While we make every reasonable effort to identify obvious address errors before shipment, we cannot guarantee that incorrect or outdated addresses provided during checkout will be identified.

If an order has not yet shipped, we are generally happy to correct shipping addresses at no additional charge.

If an order is shipped to the address provided by the customer and is later returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise once it has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, new shipping charges will apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost while still in transit, please contact support@currycustomcutlery.com.

We will investigate the shipment, work directly with the shipping carrier, file any necessary claims, and, when appropriate, ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Our goal is to make the process as simple as possible for our customers.


Delivered Packages

Once a carrier marks a shipment as Delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If you cannot locate your package, we recommend first:

  • Checking around your delivery location

  • Asking household members

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Contacting your local carrier office

Packages occasionally appear within a day or two after being marked as delivered.

While Curry Custom Cutlery cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered, we understand that every situation is unique and will work with our customers in good faith to help determine a fair resolution whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, or you believe products were damaged during shipping, please contact support@currycustomcutlery.com as soon as possible.

Whenever possible, please include photographs of:

  • The shipping box

  • Packaging materials

  • Shipping label

  • Damaged products

This helps us quickly resolve the issue.


Returned or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping charges.

Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on our historical shipping experience and carrier estimates.

They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Weather events, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect actual delivery times.


Military, Alaska & Hawaii

We proudly ship to:

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

These shipments are generally handled using the same USPS shipping services offered throughout the United States.
