Don't have the room for the wheels yet, so the Dremel bits work nicely! By clamping the tool in my vise, I can sharpen the serrations much like using the wheel. I use two hands on the knife and go groove by groove until the desired points show up.

I did see how to get a burr on scalloped knives. I found how to use a fixed base sharpener to hold the knife while I use the dremel bit to refresh the scallops.
