The wheel is very high quality and does an amazing job at sharpening serrations
5/5 Stars – Perfect for intermediate pitch sizes on serrated knives! I bought the CCC Premium Diamond Serration Wheel 1/2 inch as an additional profiling wheel for my serrated knives. Previously, I only had wheels with fixed whole-millimeter spacing for common serration profiles (approx. 8 cm wide). With this new single-rib wheel, I can now easily sharpen all intermediate pitches as well—such as 5.5 mm, 6.5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 8.5 mm pitch spacings. An excellent addition to my workshop setup!
The abrasive wheel is exactly what I was looking for. I use it for the final finish on restored knives—the P600 grit delivers an excellent, even result. The quality of the nylon material is top-notch. Highly recommended!
The belts are good for quickly grinding knives without overheating them
Once again you have delivered a product to me that works well. This 1000grit nylon wheel does a superb job at burr removal and metal polishing. The fact that you do product testing and can recommend these products on that basis is very reassuring. I tried several 1x30 belt brands (purchased on Amazon) and they all ran poorly, bumping roughly as their joining seam passed over the front rollers. Then I purchased Trizact belts from CurryCuttlery and the seam bump issue almost completely disappeared. I compared a Trixact with the thumping Amazon belt. Both belts were 400 grit. The Trizact was slightly thinner (. 030") than the Amazon (. 040".) The Trizact is much more flexible than the Amazon belt. The photo shows this difference with the upper Trizact belt bending at a smaller radius compared to the lower Amazon belt.Both belts had a thickness a ross the splice seam of. 038" and both are spliced diagonally. The Trizact is bi-directional while the the Amazon belt has an arrow indication use ditection. Maybe the greater pliancy and thinness of the Trizact are the reasons it runs so much more smoothly.

The angle guide installs very easily and fast. Then set it and forget it. Belt changing is still very easy. Th guide makes it easy to keep your angle!

I have a Twice as Sharp machine, but I wanted to try using the pads on this small bench grinder. So far it's working great. The pad removes burrs and gives the knife edge a mirror finish.

1) Not as stretchy as leather belts, which makes it a bit harder to put on 2) RPM seems to be a bit slower with this felt belt on, compared to my leather belt. Probably, because of the stiffness 3) I can leave it on my sharpener not worrying about stretching I use Ken Onion Mk.2 with Blade Grinding Attachment

A good belt saves time, but even the best belts wear out! Do yourself a favor and always keep a few new ones in stock. I've wasted SOOOO much time trying to get one more knife out of a belt. No belt is worth an extra half hour of your time, lol. These belts work fast and stay cool. Seeing fast progress on my projects is very rewarding!!

Easy to true it up so that it runs smooth and takes diamond spray well for that great final polish. I’m running the 8” on a low speed 6” grinder matched with an 8” 600 grit scotch brite wheel which together solves my problem with handle clearance. Great products, fair price, fast shipping.

Has more cubitrons (several grits)than the pro bundle so its perfect to repair damage knives and also adds the felt belt wich worked great with my diamond suspention 1 micron. Sharpening its a hobby for me so they will last a long long time. And who dosent love the arare snacks, all the orders come with.
