I use Cubitron belts every week at farmers markets here in West Virginia for my sharpening business, 304 Sharp Mountain Blades. They are a huge part of my setup, especially for the first phase of my sharpening process when I’m setting the edge.
These belts cut fast, stay consistent, and save me a lot of time when customers are dropping off knives, scissors, axes, machetes, and other tools while they shop. I honestly wouldn’t be able to run my business as efficiently without them.
For anyone doing serious sharpening, especially mobile or high-volume work, Cubitron belts are worth it. They are perfect for getting that edge established before moving into the finishing stages. Highly recommend.
I got a fast response from cliff when I enquired about availability and the wheel sorted out the tracking straight away with the belt going forward and improved the tracking when I reverse the belt. Took me about one minute to install.
Got the belts the same day I had to do that monstrosity of a knife! Timing couldn't have been better! The scotch Brite belts cleaned it up quick! Don't know what it was made from, but it was old steel. Heavy. The new belts, made quick work of the fireman tool!

5/5 Stars – Perfect for intermediate pitch sizes on serrated knives!
I bought the CCC Premium Diamond Serration Wheel 1/2 inch as an additional profiling wheel for my serrated knives.
Previously, I only had wheels with fixed whole-millimeter spacing for common serration profiles (approx. 8 cm wide). With this new single-rib wheel, I can now easily sharpen all intermediate pitches as well—such as 5.5 mm, 6.5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 8.5 mm pitch spacings. An excellent addition to my workshop setup!
I specifically picked up the 240 and 600 grit sanding discs to restore old, scratched knife blades—and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.
240 Grit (Pre-grinding): Removes just the right amount of material to cleanly grind out deeper scratches, small nicks, and grooves. It works quickly, bites well, and prepares the metal perfectly.
600 Grit (Finish): Leaves a wonderfully smooth, even surface and effortlessly removes the marks from the initial grind. The finish looks fantastic and gives the blade a truly high-quality appearance again.
The discs have a great lifespan, don't clog up easily, and run very smoothly. Anyone looking to refurbish knives or tools will find exactly what they need here.
Bottom Line: Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get their blades back into shape!
The abrasive wheel is exactly what I was looking for. I use it for the final finish on restored knives—the P600 grit delivers an excellent, even result. The quality of the nylon material is top-notch. Highly recommended!
Once again you have delivered a product to me that works well. This 1000grit nylon wheel does a superb job at burr removal and metal polishing. The fact that you do product testing and can recommend these products on that basis is very reassuring. I tried several 1x30 belt brands (purchased on Amazon) and they all ran poorly, bumping roughly as their joining seam passed over the front rollers. Then I purchased Trizact belts from CurryCuttlery and the seam bump issue almost completely disappeared. I compared a Trixact with the thumping Amazon belt. Both belts were 400 grit. The Trizact was slightly thinner (. 030") than the Amazon (. 040".) The Trizact is much more flexible than the Amazon belt. The photo shows this difference with the upper Trizact belt bending at a smaller radius compared to the lower Amazon belt.Both belts had a thickness a ross the splice seam of. 038" and both are spliced diagonally. The Trizact is bi-directional while the the Amazon belt has an arrow indication use ditection.
Maybe the greater pliancy and thinness of the Trizact are the reasons it runs so much more smoothly.
