This 200 grit wheel is an excellent middle ground between the aluminum oxide 100 grit Twice as Sharp wheel and the "WW" 350 grit CBN wheel that many sharpeners are using today... The 100 grit removes a ton of material and gets dust all over the place... The 350 grit CBN is great when new, but quickly wears in to perform more like a 500 grit abrasive, and just doesn't do the job well... This 200 grit removes material quickly but leaves a nice enough finish for any sewing or upholstery scissors... The only thing I would change about this wheel would be the squared edges, but it's very easy to kind of "soften" them up a bit...once you do that it's the perfect wheel for most scissors.
