The angle guide installs very easily and fast. Then set it and forget it. Belt changing is still very easy. Th guide makes it easy to keep your angle!
Great addition. I tried the KFMK but found it clunky, chunky, and hard to adjust. This guide is slee and elegant and simple to use. Thanks for designing this Cliff. Another winner!
Would share a video but im at work but fit perfectly on the vevor 1x30 its a solid made guide for my 1x30 and will stay purchasing more items for my 1x30 from from curry custom cutlery

My only complaint would be that the item required modification to be usable. Modification was due to vevor changing things which, is understandable and not a slight on CCC. my gripe would be too let the customers know that the product sold is for the original open frame version. Other than that, I'm a super novice knife sharpener and after modifications was able to get a very sharp first time sharpener edge on my knives. Product is amazing and id recommend it to anyone, with the knowledge of the two different versions. CCC has been amazing with communication after purchase, very helpful and tried to "make it right" though I turned down the offer. Come on, I own a belt grinder now, I can do anything!! Thank you CCC for a great product.
I wish it had a bit more versatility and could be used with a leather sopping belt. Currently there is not enough clearance. I know you state that on your website but I would like to have the option of using a stropping belt without removing the unit. When I received the guide the U shaped slots were way too narrow and I had to use a Dremel to enlarge them. No big deal but it should have been made to fit in the first place. The slots were also off so they had to be widened in one direction to let the machine screws clear and align with the platen. After getting it to fit onto the Vevor, it seems to work well. That said, I hope more clearance can be added to accommodate a stopping belt.

Bit disappointed that it hasn't got the angles marked like other guides and have to remove it to use the leather belt. I only have 1 machine so that makes it difficult. But I think it is a better idea than other guides

Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback and we are working on a version 3.0 with graduated markings but even then most will use a digital angle guide for accuracy sake. As for the thickness there is some adjustment built in but the angle guide is designed for use with abrasive belts and not thicker leather or scotchbrite type belts.

The Vevor angle guide that I originally ordered in January did not fit my Vevor 1x30 without a slight adjustment. I contacted Cliff and sent him photos and without question he immediately sent out a replacement with a prepaid shipping label. I received the new angle guide and it fit perfectly. it helps steady the blade as you move it across the belt and works well. What I’m really impressed with is the customer service that I received from Cliff and his staff. I’m looking forward to buying more products. From Curry Custom Cutlery and using his library of videos and knowledge base. Thanks, Cliff.
